In addition to recurring services, Ntirety offers OnDemand hours for your organization to use on an ad-hoc basis – over a 12-month period. Your organization can use these resource-specific hours to augment your current staffing abilities, or to receive OnDemand Ntirety assistance on items that are outside of the service level offering you purchase.

Ntirety will provide the Customer with ad-hoc, hourly database administration services to support the Customer’s database environment.

These hours will include:

  • Project Work during business hours as requested by Customer and scheduled with Ntirety
  • Emergency Remediation (24×7) in the case of a declared database emergency

Hours purchased are to be used toward database administration tasks only. Typical uses for these hours include, but are not limited to:

Ntirety will provide the Customer with ad-hoc, hourly DevOps automation services to support the Customer’s cloud environment.

These hours will include:

  • Project Work during business hours as requested by Customer and scheduled with Ntirety

Hours purchased are to be used toward DevOps Automation tasks only. Typical uses for these hours include, but are not limited to:

  • Automated provisioning of cloud resources through CloudFormation, or other cloud provisioning DSLs
  • Automated configuration management through Ansible or other configuration management systems
  • Deployment pipeline orchestration through CodePipeline or other tools
  • Automation scripting through bash, Python, PowerShell or other languages
  • Migration Services such as Zerto and AWS Snowball
  • Technology selection, consulting and subject matter expertise on tools and services used in DevOps

Hours purchased are to be used toward Monitoring Insights tasks only. Typical uses for these hours include, but are not limited to:

  • Training & Onboarding for customer team members
  • Establishing monitoring for applications outside of supported application list
  • Additional dashboard creation
  • Integration services
  • Automation of alerts and/or response scripting
  • Report tuning
  • Business Insight Reviews

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What can OnDemand hours be used to accomplish?

    There are multiple types of OnDemand services available for purchase, each leveraging a specific product team or service. Typical usage examples for each product can be supplied by your Ntirety Account Representative, but Customers are not limited to those specific requests.

  • Is there a minimum amount of time charged against any usage request?

    Ntirety tracks utilization of time to the minute. All efforts will be recorded by rounding up actual time spent to the next full minute.

  • What happens if I do not use all of my hours in a 12 month period?

    Up to 10% of the Customer’s original purchase may be “rolled over” into a second 12 month term. Any unused hours above the 10% are removed from the total number of remaining hours to be consumed. Additionally, if the Customer would like to purchase an additional bank of hours for future use prior to the original contract expiration, Ntirety will roll over 100% of any unused hours from previous contracts into the newly purchased contract period.
