Ntirety’s baseline managed service offering is Database Monitor, which incorporates the Ntirety Monitoring Suite and the Database Service Desk to support SQL Server, Oracle and MySQL clients. The Database Service Desk operation, staffed by junior DBAs, provides 365x7x24 resources who are equipped to:
- Categorize Service Requests and/or Incidents
- Classify and Prioritize Service Requests
- Locate applicable resolution procedure
- Troubleshoot incident, Run/Rerun jobs
- Escalate per necessary per customer-defined procedures
Clients utilize Database Monitor to add the insight into their database environment that Ntirety’s rich Monitoring Suite provides and to establish an extremely cost effective off-hours support capability. Also, many Ntirety clients supplement the baseline support of Database Monitor with Ntirety’s Project/Consulting services, including DBA OnDemand, as needed.
