Ntirety names Gilligan Flaherty as VP Finance

DEDHAM, MA (April 10, 2008) – Ntirety Inc., the leading provider of remote database administration services for Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server, has named Andrea Gilligan Flaherty as Vice President Finance and Administration.

With over 15 years of financial experience in the technology industry, Gilligan Flaherty will oversee all aspects of Ntirety's financial operations. Ntirety recently announced the receipt of $1 million in venture capital funding to expand its customer base through increased marketing and sales campaigns.

Prior to joining Ntirety, Gilligan Flaherty served as corporate controller for GeoTrust, Inc., where she was an integral member of the financial diligence team for the company's $125 million sale to VeriSign Inc. She has also held senior financial positions at Quantum Bridge Communications, Inc., and Avid Technologies, Inc.

A certified public accountant, Gilligan Flaherty holds a master's degree in business administration from Babson College and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Assumption College.
