Michael CoreyFounder, Chief Executive OfficerMichael Corey, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ntirety. Michael is a frequent speaker at technology and business conferences throughout the world from Australia to Brazil. Michael is an Oracle ACE, VMware vExpert and is on the Talkin’ Cloud 200 Computing Executives and Experts List. He has worked with Oracle for close to 30 years starting with Oracle Version 3. Michael is the original Oracle press author, frequent blogger for Database Trends and Applications. Michael Corey leverages his extensive experience and business savvy to manage and expand Ntirety into the premier Remote DBA & Database Virtualization Firm in the United States. Prior to Ntirety, Michael Corey founded Database Technologies (DBT), the first consulting company on the East Coast to specialize in Oracle and other relational databases. Under his direction, Database Technologies experienced triple-digit growth and in 1997, was recognized by Deloitte & Touche, and Hale and Dorr as the fastest growing, technology company in New England and the 51st fastest growing technology company in the United States. Corey is a frequent speaker at technology conferences throughout the world and has written numerous articles and books, which were published by Osborne McGraw-Hill, on topics such as SQL Server 7 Data Warehousing, Oracle8 and Oracle8 Data Warehousing. Michael is an active member in the technology community. Michael is a past president of the Independent Oracle Users Group; he helped found the Professional Association of SQL Server and is a founding board member of the IOUG Virtualization SIG, member VMware Guru program, Original recipient of the IOUG “Special Recognition” award now known as the Chris Wooldridge Award and received the only Life Time Membership awarded by the Independent Oracle Users Group. Michael received a gubernatorial appointment to the Massachusetts Robert H. Goddard Council for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics and currently sits on the Executive Board. Michael Is a graduate of Bentley University in Waltham, Ma. Andy ShermanVice President of Sales and MarketingPrior to becoming Ntirety's Vice President of Sales, Andrew Sherman was a valued customer. As President and CEO of CenterStone Software, a SaaS enterprise application company, Andy hired Ntirety to maintain and monitor mission-critical databases. When his staff presented him with the advantages of freeing up employees to focus on their product while ensuring database performance for a low, fixed, monthly fee, he was sold. Andy now leads a growing sales force in telling the Ntirety story and relaying his first-hand experience of the benefits of Ntirety's Database Administration As a Service.™ Andy brings 30 years of executive and sales experience to Ntirety, having dramatically boosted sales and reduced costs at leading technology companies. Aside from CenterStone, Andy was the first Vice President of Sales at start-up NaviSite, a managed services and hosting company where he led revenue growth to over $100 million in four years. He also served as VP of Sales at Fulcrum Technologies and Nellmoser, as well as holding senior sales management positions at Sybase/Powersoft and Apple Computer, where he was named “District Manager of the Year” two years running. A graduate of Dartmouth College, Andy and his wife, Thyra, live in Andover, Massachusetts, and have three children. Outside of work, Andy is on the Board of Directors for the Merrimack Valley Habitat for Humanity and competes in a cross-country mountain bike races throughout New England. Paul FournierChief Financial OfficerPaul Fournier is an experienced finance and accounting professional with nearly 30 years of experience. As the Chief Financial Officer of Ntirety, Paul is responsible for all the company’s financial functions as well as Human Resources. Since joining Ntirety and their management team, Paul has been committed to help grow the company by focusing on key business metrics, process improvements and industry trends. Prior to coming to Ntirety, Paul as the Chief Financial Officer for Arthur Blank & Company and was part of their senior management that successfully implemented a business plan where the company grew 150% going from $18 million to $45 million. During this time, Paul was also responsible for the Human Resources, Information Technology and Quality Assurance departments. Paul also put in place and managed the company’s first Lean Manufacturing Program. Paul is a graduate of Assumption College in Worcester, MA. Ron DesjardinsDirector of OperationsRon Desjardins brings 15 years of customer support and database expertise to Ntirety as the Director of Operations. He oversees Ntirety's teams of database administrators in providing consistently high-quality service to all of our customers. Ron is the proactive type who is never satisfied with the status quo. As a veteran of managed-services companies, his professional mantra is "consistent, repeatable and measurable." Ron also has a knack for motivating his teams to focus on goals and achieve aggressive results, and it has nothing to do with the black belt he holds in traditional Okinawan martial arts. Ron previously led a database services team at Dell Computers Inc., - formerly Perot Systems Inc. - serving among the largest health care insurers and providers in Massachusetts. Prior to Dell, Ron was Senior Director of Database Administration and Application Services at Navisite, Inc., a provider of IT hosting, outsourcing and professional services. A 1985 graduate of the University of Lowell, Ron lives in Derry, N.H. with his wife of 19 years and their three children.
Cindy Lou ChapmanDirector Oracle Database Administration ServicesCindy Lou Chapman, Director Oracle Database Administration Services, is responsible for developing and managing Ntirety's Remote Database services program. Prior to joining Ntirety, she served as a senior DBA/developer for OneWarranty.com and a senior DBA/contractor for Veritude, Fidelity Investments. As Database Technologies' senior principal consultant from 1994-2000, Chapman leveraged her extensive consulting background and her 13 years of Oracle experience to provide design, development, training and database administration services to companies using Oracle in a variety of operational environments.
