Client Access Portal Highlights:

The Client Access Portal is a user-friendly, web-based system for creating and managing service requests and a lot more.  The portal enables Ntirety customers to:
  • View the status of ongoing Service Requests and Projects, 
  • Run service activity reports, and 
  • Access a Knowledgebase tailored specifically to them.

With the Client Access Portal, Ntirety customers will be able to view the status of work in progress, the percentage of work completed, team contacts, a project calendar and more. By logging into the Client Access Portal dashboard,customers will be able to run weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on service activity, including ticket detail and summary information.  These reports will always be at your fingertips.   If for any reason you are unable to access the portal, please use our emergency number, 1 877-NTIRETY.
