Inside Sales Representative

Ntirety Inc., recognized by Forrester Research as the leading provider of database management services, is expanding our inside sales organization to meet the demand of the rapidly growing marketplace. The company was founded in 2001 and has a well-established client base. We are currently seeking a professional, top-performing and highly motivated Inside Sales Representative who can successfully initiate and close business with mid-size corporations, universities and government agencies over the phone. This role offers a competitive compensation package including an attractive commission plan and a comprehensive benefits package with stock options. Job Tasks:

  • Utilize a multi-touch sales process including phone calls, emails and social media where appropriate to develop leads into prospects
  • Respond to incoming calls and inbound web leads
  • Articulate key product success factors to executives, technical leads and non-technical influencers
  • Set up qualified calls for company's sales reps
  • Review company databases to develop prospect lists
  • Deliver feedback on the level of success of specific marketing campaigns
  • Update and records and record all activity in SalesForce.com
  • Perform sales administration tasks, preparing proposals and providing post sales support
  • Upsell existing accounts through effective account management


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Professional sales training courses preferred
  • The ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be highly motivated, self-sufficient, perceptive, ambitious, flexible, high energy, and able to build strong relationships
  • Minimum of 3 years of Inside sales experience selling either database products, managed services or software as a service.
  • Experience selling to IT Management (Manager/Director/VP)
  • Track record of success in achieving and exceeding activity and sales targets
