Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Michael Corey, an entrepreneur, author and recognized expert on Relational Databases, Remote Database Administration and Data Warehousing, founded Ntirety Technologies the Remote DBA Specialist in April 2001. As Chief Executive Officer, Michael Corey leverages his extensive experience and business savvy to manage and expand Ntirety into the premier Remote DBA, Remote Database Administration Services firm in the United States.

Prior to Ntirety, Michael Corey founded Database Technologies (DBT), the first consulting company on the East Coast to specialize in Oracle and other relational databases. Under his direction, Database Technologies experienced triple-digit growth and in 1997, was recognized by Deloitte & Touche, and Hale and Dorr as the fastest growing, technology company in New England and the 51st fastest growing technology company in the United States.

Corey is a frequent speaker at technology conferences throughout the world and has written numerous articles and books, which were published by Osborne McGraw-Hill, on topics such as SQL Server 7 Data Warehousing, Oracle8 and Oracle8 Data Warehousing. Andy Sherman

Vice President of Sales

Prior to becoming Ntirety's Vice President of Sales, Andrew Sherman was a valued customer.

As President and CEO of CenterStone Software, a SaaS enterprise application company, Andy hired Ntirety to maintain and monitor mission-critical databases. When his staff presented him with the advantages of freeing up employees to focus on their product while ensuring database performance for a low, fixed, monthly fee, he was sold.

Andy now leads a growing sales force in telling the Ntirety story and relaying his first-hand experience of the benefits of Ntirety's Database Administration As a Service.™ Andy brings 30 years of executive and sales experience to Ntirety, having dramatically boosted sales and reduced costs at leading technology companies.

Aside from CenterStone, Andy was the first Vice President of Sales at start-up NaviSite, a managed services and hosting company where he led revenue growth to over $100 million in four years. He also served as VP of Sales at Fulcrum Technologies and Nellmoser, as well as holding senior sales management positions at Sybase/Powersoft and Apple Computer, where he was named “District Manager of the Year” two years running.

A graduate of Dartmouth College, Andy and his wife, Thyra, live in Andover, Massachusetts, and have three children. Outside of work, Andy is on the Board of Directors for the Merrimack Valley Habitat for Humanity and competes in a cross-country mountain bike races throughout New England.

Andrea Gilligan Flaherty

Vice President Finance and Administration

Ms. Gilligan Flaherty has over 15 years of financial experience in the technology industry with expertise in general accounting, financial planning and analysis, corporate budgeting, SEC reporting, financial system implementation, corporate taxes, cash management, stock options, M&A diligence, and venture-backed equity financing. Ms. Gilligan Flaherty also has experience directing the human resources function including compensation, benefits, employment, and employee relations.

Ms. Gilligan Flaherty has over 8 years of experience in venture-backed start-up environments.

Ms. Gilligan Flaherty has held senior financial positions at GeoTrust, Inc., Quantum Bridge Communications, Inc. and Avid Technologies, Inc. Ms. Gilligan Flaherty began her career at Deloitte & Touche, LLP.

Prior to joining Ntirety LLC, Ms. Gilligan Flaherty served as Corporate Controller for GeoTrust, Inc. where she was an integral member of the financial diligence team for the Company's $125M sale to VeriSign, Inc. Ms. Gilligan Flaherty was also responsible for the overall financial integration post-acquisition.

Prior to GeoTrust, Inc., Ms. Gilligan Flaherty served as Corporate Controller for Quantum Bridge Communications, Inc. where she implemented the companies financial systems, financial policies and procedures, oversaw all aspects of the general accounting functions, assisted the Company in raising over $150M in equity financing, filed an S-1, and was an integral member of the financial diligence team for the Company's sale to Motorola, Inc.

Ms. Gilligan Flaherty is a Certified Public Accountant, holds an MBA from Babson College and a BA in Accounting from Assumption College.

Philip J. Kubat, Jr.

Chief Information Officer

Philip J. Kubat, Jr., is a seasoned technologist skilled in bringing together people, processes and technology to create a competitive business advantage for his organizations, as well as their customers. With more than two decades of experience, Philip is a leader and an entrepreneur, described by colleagues as a technology visionary and a motivating leader.

As Chief Information Officer of Ntirety Inc., Philip ensures technology leads the way in expanding the business, so our remote database administrators are providing the most robust, efficient, scalable and cost-effective service possible.

Philip's career has focused on designing and implementing technology solutions and services delivered remotely to customers across the nation and world. Prior to joining Ntirety, Kubat was Chief Technology Officer at CBE Technologies, a leading provider of managed information technologies to the government, commercial, health care and education sectors. At CBE, Philip was a member of an executive team that created and grew a new managed services business to more than 1,000 customers and more than $8 million in sales.

Also, Philip founded and served as president of OdiOne Technology Group, a provider of fully managed and hosted IT services delivered as a single "Desktop Suite" to emerging growth and small- to medium-sized businesses. In 2000, technology magazine Red Herring selected OdiOne to present at the prestigious Venture Market East Forum. The next year, OdiOne merged with CBE Technologies.

In the 1990s, Philip served at Chief Technology Officer at Charter Systems, Inc., where he was the product manager and architect of a remote management system. Charters Systems, which was a leading network service provider to Fortune 1000 clients, was recognized in 1996 by Vice President Al Gore as one of six winners of the National Information Infrastructure Award. He remained with the company after its 1997 acquisition by BISYS Group Inc. (NYSE:BSG).

Cindy Lou Chapman

Director Oracle Database Administration Services

Cindy Lou Chapman, Director Oracle Database Administration Services, is responsible for developing and managing Ntirety's Remote Database services program. Prior to joining Ntirety, she served as a senior DBA/developer for OneWarranty.com and a senior DBA/contractor for Veritude, Fidelity Investments. As Database Technologies' senior principal consultant from 1994-2000, Chapman leveraged her extensive consulting background and her 13 years of Oracle experience to provide design, development, training and database administration services to companies using Oracle in a variety of operational environments.

Michael A. Calisi

MySQL Practice Lead

Michael A. Calisi is the MySQL Practice Lead at Ntirety, applying his expertise to serve customers utilizing the open source database. Mike is a solutions architect with outstanding technical credentials and strong experience in problem solving. With a bachelor's degree in computer science from Boston University, Mike has more than 15 years of experience with databases, database tools, hardware and operating systems. Mike has spent his career working as an in-house DBA and database architect for the types of companies that Ntirety seeks as customers. He is very familiar with the needs and challenge of corporations and how Ntirety can improve customer operations while reducing costs.

Mike joined Ntirety from Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts where worked in the Data Warehouse Group. In addition, Mike was vice president of consulting services at Database Technologies, where he built a highly successful practice delivering Oracle technology solutions to clients.
