To achieve such high levels of customer satisfaction with our Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle and MySQL Database Administration services, the quality of our Database Administrators' work must meet the highest standards, those of you, our customer.  We like to involve our customers with the evaluation of our Remote Database Administrators and the work they are doing. We ask our customers to take the time to complete our Quality Surveys each year.  The results of these surveys will be used to thoroughly evaluate our services and even are considered when rewarding and evaluating our employees, all of which helps us to ensure our customers' satisfaction through our continued efforts and hard work on their behalf.
